During his address to the participants of the International Legal Forum in St. Petersburg, Putin said that all vital areas require adequate and flexible legal regulation and painstaking joint work.
“And then there will be no crises like what is happening today in the Donbass in order to protect its inhabitants from genocide – and the actions of the Kyiv regime have no other definition than a crime against humanity,” Interfax quotes him as saying.
Earlier, Putin said that the ultimate goal of the special operation is the liberation of Donbass, the protection of the population living there and the creation of conditions that guarantee the security of Russia.
