Dish "Russian authority" confuse NATO leaders!

A Russian dish of authority confounded international officials at the World Leaders Summit in Madrid.

On the impact of the Russian military operation in Ukraine, and the tension that accompanied it with the West, the leaders of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) met the day before yesterday in the outskirts of the Spanish capital Madrid, and while everyone was waiting for the leaders to gather at the summit headquarters, they were confused when they found a “Russian authority” at the head of food menu.

The combination of peas, potatoes, carrots and mayonnaise created a panic in the two communities, even though these ingredients are basic and natural on the Spanish table.

According to Al Arabiya.net, journalist Inaki Lopez told the Spanish channel La Sixta that he was surprised by the presence of a Russian dish among the top dishes, saying: "A Russian salad at the NATO summit? I am a little surprised by the choice of this dish."

It is noteworthy that the menu, which included a main dish of meat along with carbohydrates, was presented to the visiting defense and foreign ministers at a banquet at the Baroque Santa Cruz Palace in central Madrid on Tuesday evening.

The menu was prepared by the famous Spanish chef, Jose Andres, who presented a program specializing in cooking and arts on Netflix.

The work of the "NATO" summit began in the Spanish capital, Madrid, with a dinner hosted by King Philip VI of Spain, in honor of the leaders, at the royal palace in the capital.
