Blueberries are easily found in the wild, in the undergrowth.

It grows on small shrubs.

It is harvested using a special comb.

Ingredients :

  • 1 shortcrust pastry

  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs

  • 450 g of blueberries

  • 120 g of sugar

  • Spread the dough in a mold and prick the bottom

  • Sprinkle the bottom with breadcrumbs (to absorb the juice)

  • Arrange the blueberries then the sugar on top

  • Bake at 190°C for 40 mins
