The Health and Care Inspectorate, Ivo, has examined the case where pregnant Anna Söderberg sought care for chest pain and later died at home. Ivo sees no shortcomings in the ambulance staff's choice of hospital then, but Anna Söderberg's death is the reason why the Stockholm Region introduced new directives and now pregnant women must be taken to emergency hospitals with maternity wards.
