For his part, Director of the Strategy and Performance Development Department at Sharjah Police, Colonel Tariq Al Midfa, indicated that customer happiness is the focus of the UAE government, and it works to consolidate and enhance the concepts of happiness to become a practice, culture and work approach in all customer happiness centers.

In his explanation, he reviewed the UAE strategy for government services 2021-2025 and its vision to be the best government in the world in government services, and indicators of trust and efficiency, reviewing its principles, objectives and capabilities.
