The daily acceptance time is adjusted from 8:00-11:30 and 14:00-17:00 every working day in other periods to 8:00-20:00 every day (including Saturday and Sunday).
The Ministry of Education requires all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), their affiliated colleges and universities, and the central college student financial aid management departments to open hotlines, and to determine the centralized acceptance period and specific acceptance time based on the actual situation.
The telephone numbers of the Ministry of Education's college student financial aid hotline are 010-66097980 and 010-66096590, which are mainly used to accept consultations and complaints about student financial aid policies in higher education, help students to accurately understand the national subsidy policies for higher education, and smoothly apply for relevant financial aid projects.
Higher education student financial aid policies include: national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, academic scholarships, national grants, national student loans, new student enrollment aid, work-study, tuition waiver, compensation, “green channel”, etc.
