- I am shocked and a little desperate that people are willing to use so much force to the police.

We did not expect to be met by the violence we were faced with on both 14 and 17 April, says John Skoog who is the head of the investigation.

Only three people were charged today, but many more are suspected of crimes and more charges are, according to prosecutors and the police, to be expected in the future.

In the indictment, the prosecutor describes the violence as extensive.

Among other things, stones and other loose objects have been thrown at the police and kicks and blows have also been aimed at the police.

25 injured police officers

A total of eight police vehicles were damaged in connection with the events on April 17 earlier this year and at least 25 police officers were injured.

During a press conference, head of investigation John skoog announced that warning shots were also fired by the police in Skäggetorp.

An incident that is under investigation.
