A major fire broke out this Wednesday morning in the 16th arrondissement of Paris.
The fire hit a 4-storey building located at 56 rue de Longchamp, indicates the Paris Fire Brigade (BSPP).
"More than a hundred firefighters are on the site and have already carried out several window rescues," said the same source.

For now, a provisional report shows two seriously injured and seven slightly injured.
Nevertheless, the firefighters are still inspecting the affected apartments to verify that there are no other victims, specifies the BSPP.
The balance sheet could therefore increase.
The cause of the accident is currently unknown.
