Parents of pupils from a nursery school in Noisy-le-Sec (Seine-Saint-Denis) are asking for the closure of a squat near the establishment.

The occupied building is only a few meters away, specifies Actu Seine-Saint-Denis.

An online petition launched on the subject had collected 351 signatures on Tuesday morning.

The families of the students of the Petit Prince school denounce the insecurity observed since the occupation of the building.

Two violent fights

They refer to “serious incidents”, including one on May 13.

The authors of the petition say that a fight broke out in front of the establishment, in which the protagonists tried to enter.

An individual "covered in blood" would then have thrown a knife over the gate shortly before the end of classes.

Another stabbing clash reportedly took place ten days later.

Parents are asking for “concrete actions”.

The PCF mayor, Olivier Sarrabeyrouse, told Le

Parisien

that he had contacted the owner of the building, without success.

"We met the parents right away and the municipal police are present every afternoon," he said.
