Zelensky urged to exclude Russia from all UN structures

It is necessary to make it impossible for Russia to be on the UN Security Council while its terrorism continues.

It is necessary to create a tribunal to investigate everything that the Russian military has done against the Ukrainians,” he said. 

The Ukrainian president also called for fixing the term "terrorist state", which is currently not defined at the international level, and applying it to Russia.

Dmitry Polyansky, First Deputy Representative of Russia to the UN, said that the speech of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky at a meeting of the UN Security Council did not correspond to the established traditions and norms of the organization.
