The answer below:

news of the day

In the aftermath of the Russian attack on a crowded shopping center in Kremenchuk, which left at least 18 dead and around 60 injured, the world is still in a state of shock.

French President Emmanuel Macron denounced "absolute horror" and called on the Russian people to "see the truth" in the face.

G7 leaders spoke of a "war crime" and NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said that a country had never experienced such brutality "since World War II".

“Only completely crazy terrorists, who should have no place on Earth, can strike missiles at civilian targets, reacted Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Russia must be recognized as a state sponsor of terrorism.

The world can and therefore must stop the Russian terror.

As for the Russian Ministry of Defense, it assures that the shopping center was in fact a warehouse of armaments delivered by Westerners.

The phrase

Russia cannot and should not win

French President Emmanuel Macron said that "in the face of the conflict in Ukraine, the G7 countries will continue to act with determination".

“Our support for Ukraine and our sanctions against Russia will continue for as long as necessary and with the necessary intensity over the coming weeks and months,” he promised.

Faced with the conflict in Ukraine, the G7 countries will continue to act with determination.

Russia cannot and must not win.

.

The leaders of the G7 meeting at the summit in Germany will commit on Tuesday to pay "up to 5 billion dollars" to fight against food insecurity in the world.

The trend of the day

If Volodymyr Zelensky on Monday called on the leaders of the G7 "to do their utmost" to put an end to the conflict by the end of the year, the end of the war does not seem to be for now.

Vladimir Putin's spokesman said that to end this conflict, it was necessary "to order Ukrainian soldiers to lay down their arms" and "to implement all the conditions set by Russia".

Russia therefore does not seem really open to discussion, nor to renouncing victory or the capture of the East.

Proof of this is that the Ukrainian mayor-elect of Kherson, a city occupied by Russian forces and their separatist allies, was arrested on Tuesday, announced the deputy head of the occupation administration, Kirill Stremoussov.
