“At the request of the parents (one of the parents), instead of the actual place of birth of a child born on the territory of the Russian Federation, the place of residence of the parents (one of the parents) on the territory of the Russian Federation may be indicated,” the document says.
Earlier, Putin signed a law on the free travel of children from five to seven years old in electric trains.
