In "Bienfait pour vous", Sophie Brafman helps you prepare for the holidays and presents some accessories to stay trendy all summer long.

Colorful jewelry, unusual textiles, crochet hats and light little dresses... The Europe 1 fashion specialist reveals all the essentials for the months of July and August.

No fashion faux pas!

Summer is coming, and with it the permanent puzzle: how to be stylish on a white sand beach?

Going from a simple swimsuit to an evening dress, from a beach outfit to a trendy set, it's not that complicated!

This summer, we're all about accessories.

Hats, jewelry, glasses: you just have to dare.

The year 2022 is placed under the sign of practicality and renewal.

No need to take advantage of sales and spend on strong new pieces, just divert and brighten up the clothes you already have.

In "Bienfait pour vous" on Europe 1, fashion specialist Sophie Brafman prepared the summer season and unearthed all the trends not to be missed.

For her, "no summer without a sexy attitude".

Dare offbeat materials

"Crochet is the big trend this summer," insists Sophie Brafman straight away.

It is making a comeback in wardrobes in all its forms.

In a hat, in a light sweater, and even in a bag, it's a chic and airy material.

"It's ideal for walking in the countryside, for example," notes the fashion specialist.

Another very trendy material for the season: wool.

It makes its small effect on the beaches, especially in intense and lively colors.

"Wool crochet will totally do its thing on the beach."

An essential material in wardrobes to stay on top of the trend.

Last flagship material that you may have in your wardrobe: linen.

For the fashion specialist, a linen piece remains essential: "it's very pleasant for sensitive skin, especially when you sweat a lot".

At the Palace of Versailles, the European Flax Federation has also relocated three fields of this plant a few days ago to symbolically revitalize this sector.

Yellow to stand out on the beach

This summer, therefore, make way for offbeat material, but also for "unusual colors", continues at the microphone of Europe 1 Sophie Brafman.

The colors of this summer are warm and vivid.

In 2022: we dare yellow!

"And yellow doesn't necessarily make redheads look bad as you might think! They can turn to flashy yellow," she slips into a knowing smile.

In summary: "Everyone can dare to color and stand out during the holidays."

And for that, we can also turn to great classics, such as

tie and dye

, an "unbeatable lighthouse print" straight out of the 1970s. And a little extra advice if you want a romantic effect, "we dare in pink".

Another key point of this summer: "the sexy attitude".

Impossible to make mistakes by betting on the little beach dress, easy to wear.

The expert recommends for example "red tube dresses very close to the body", or, more romantic, "a white dress with fairly couture buttons, even "chanelizing" with a small black border."

An outfit "ideal to go to Greece".

And if you don't have beach dresses, don't panic: you do "with what you already have", insists Sophie Brafman at the microphone of Europe 1. For example, you can wear a swimsuit during the day, but also use it as a bodysuit in the evening with white pants from your wardrobe.

Sophie has even unearthed some good deals: "the Etam brand notably markets a one-size-fits-all recycled fiber swimsuit that suits all body types."

You will therefore be able to recycle throughout the season!

A hat and jewelry to enhance her outfit

After the outfit, make way for accessories: this summer will be covered!

The head accessory is appropriate in 2022. It is even one of the key pieces for Sophie Brafman, who diverts it in many shapes and colors: "You will have it in a capeline, in a bell, and even in a version hook !"

The Borsalino are also appreciated this summer, a strong piece that goes with everything.

You can combine your hat with jewelry, an accessory "that we will find everywhere".

The idea: to have jewelry on her shoes, her accessories and even her clothes.

The fashion specialist even presents her flagship piece: "the jeweled flip-flop, with fake pearls all around the shoe!"

Of course, it's the ultimate accessory of the season that will totally embellish an outfit.

Chokers are also making a comeback.

“There are acai berries, for example,” she explains.

"They can't be eaten of course, but the idea is to play with the accessories while remaining eco-responsible."

Last essential, sunglasses, very "oversize" and always colorful.

"Those who have glasses can turn to clip-on glasses, with different shades of sunglasses to wear on your daily glasses".

A very clever technique to avoid contact lenses full of sand!
