“Local residents report that they are observing the beginning of the withdrawal of Ukrainian armed formations from Lysichansk,” Miroshnik wrote in his Telegram.
He noted that the Armed Forces of Ukraine made an attempt to break through the settlement of Belogorovka.
Earlier, the Russian Defense Ministry said that the Ukrainian military had lost control in the Lisichansk direction.
