One is sentenced to four years and six months in prison for aggravated assault and drug offenses.

The other man was sentenced to two years and ten months in prison for aiding and abetting aggravated assault, aggravated weapon crime and drug crime.

It was just before five o'clock on the morning of October 22 last year that the police were alerted to Flora's hill in central Luleå after a man was shot in the leg with two shots.

None of the shots took so badly that it was life-threatening, but the two men have been charged with extremely serious assault.

Denied a crime

Several people have been arrested by police and questioned and two of them were later charged with the shootings.

Both men have denied suspicions, one has said he was at home playing video games and the other has said he knows nothing about the incident.

But during the trial, a witness has told that one man admitted the shots to her.

There are also videos of two men shooting with weapons - shortly before the incident.

Drugs in the car

The men were also convicted of a felony as they possessed a handgun, a revolver and a large quantity of ammunition.

A large drug-class pill and cannabis were also found in a car owned by the men.
