the dinner menu that the king and queen are offering

tonight at the Royal Palace in Madrid to the

leaders attending the NATO summit

in Madrid.

The banquet, scheduled for 8:30 p.m., will gather 60 guests in the Gala Dining Room around the imperial table, including more than

40 heads of state and government

and some consorts.

The menu has been commissioned from the Madrid chef

, who is going to open with a cast of

thirteen appetizers

The list of starters includes spherical olives;

red tuna brioche with old mustard;

sea ​​bass ceviche with tiger milk;
