Could the regulations concerning electronic cigarettes change in France?
Today, in the world, 32 countries prohibit their use.
The WHO considers vaping to be dangerous to health.
At the European level, Germany has already introduced higher taxes on e-cigarette liquids and in Brussels discussions are expected to take place in the coming months to enforce tougher regulations.

But this diversity of choices could be reduced if the regulations tighten.

We don't really want to find ourselves in a situation like that in France and more widely in Europe.

Products already taxed in Italy and Germany
According to the firm Xerfi Precepta, these regulations, if they apply, could lead to a 50% drop in sales of these liquids.
Not to mention that some countries are already beginning to tax vaping products.

These taxes will therefore make these products much more expensive, and will potentially discourage vapers who had given up smoking and make them return to tobacco consumption.
Why shouldn't there be some form of state aid for access to these products?

What Jean Moiroud hopes: that the State recognize these liquids as smoking cessation products, like gum or patches for example.
