“The current global technology market is so interdependent that if the States try to cut off access to American companies for other companies that give access to their technologies, then the US industry, their economy will suffer greatly,” the expert explained.
In his opinion, the Americans do not calculate the risks and things will not go beyond threats.
“This is just belligerent rhetoric... In reality, America has no levers and tools to control all companies,” Danyuk concluded.
Earlier it became known that the United States would ban Russian-supporting companies from access to American technology.
It is noted that companies will be added to the black list, in connection with which they will be prohibited from purchasing goods and technologies of American origin, including semiconductors.
