The updated processing procedures and material requirements are as follows:

  1. Prepare visa application materials.

  * Legal stay or residence certificate in Fiji (applicable to citizens of other countries in Fiji)

  * Original Chinese passport (applicable to those who have Chinese nationality and apply for a visa to China for the first time)

  * Covid-19 vaccination certificate

  * The following types of visa documents:

  2. Send the visa application materials (electronic version) to bjclfj@gmail.com for pre-qualification, and reply to the review results within 1-3 working days.

  3. After receiving the pre-qualification email, fill in the visa application form online (https://cova.cs.mfa.gov.cn), print out the confirmation page and form, and sign on the confirmation page and item 9 of the form.

  4. The applicant submits the application in person at the embassy with the visa application form and all the visa application materials in accordance with the time for the delivery of the visa through the pre-review email.

  5. After the visa is delivered at the embassy, ​​the ordinary application processing time limit is 4 working days or more, and the evidence can be collected within 3 working days in the expedited state. There is no option to obtain the evidence on the same day.

Consular officers may request applicants to supplement materials according to individual cases, and the processing time may be extended accordingly.
