“By Decree of the head of the DPR No. 329 dated June 27, 2022, Natalya Nikonorova was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” the message says.
It is noted that the document comes into force from the date of its signing.
Earlier it became known that the former assistant to the Minister of Construction and Housing and Utilities of Russia Yevgeny Solntsev was appointed Deputy Prime Minister of the Donetsk People's Republic.
