NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg said the alliance will declare Russia a security threat

According to him, at the summit in Madrid, the leaders of the NATO countries will approve a new strategic concept.

“In it, Russia will be named as one of the most significant threats to our security,” RIA Novosti quotes him as saying.

Earlier, El Pais newspaper wrote that NATO countries at the upcoming alliance summit in Madrid could decide on the largest deployment of armed forces in Europe.
