  Zhao Chongjiu pointed out that the national transportation network is generally smooth: the national highways and port waterways remain unimpeded, and there are no temporarily closed expressway toll stations and service areas, and the policy of "dynamic clearing" has been adhered to.

The problem of excessive control of truck traffic on the trunk line network has been generally resolved; on June 24, the traffic volume of trucks on expressways across the country reached 7.48 million, an increase of 18.3% over the same period in 2019.

  The main logistics indicators are stable and improving: On June 24, the national railway freight volume was 10.77 million tons, the road freight volume was 116 million tons, the main international air port cargo and mail transportation volume was 26,000 tons, and the postal express received 336 million pieces and delivered them. 348 million pieces.

The monitored ports completed a cargo throughput of 32 million tons; it is expected that the national railway, water transport, and postal express freight volume in the first half of this year will exceed the level of the same period in 2019, that is, the railway will reach 120% of the same period in 2019, and the water transport will reach 115% in 2019. %, the postal business volume will reach about 185% of that in 2019, maintaining growth, which is still a substantial increase compared with 2019.

Road and civil aviation will reach 93% and 89% respectively in 2019.

  Key hubs have accelerated the resumption of work and production: Since June, the average daily container throughput of Shanghai Port has been 125,800 TEUs, which has recovered to more than 95% of the same period last year, and the highest daily throughput has exceeded 140,000 TEUs; Pudong Airport and Baiyun The airport has basically returned to normal levels.

The number of individual boxes at Pudong Airport has exceeded 10,000 tons.

  Zhao Chongjiu pointed out that in the next step, the Ministry of Transport will continue to strengthen the scheduling and guidance of key areas, implement the requirements of the State Council's joint prevention and control mechanism, and promote the full resumption of work and production in freight logistics. , implement various relief and problem-solving policies, promote the establishment of a long-term mechanism to ensure smooth flow, and provide a strong logistics service guarantee for the full resumption of work and production and the stabilization of the economic market.
