“There is no one left in the hostages of the Ukrainian militants,” RIA Novosti quotes him.

According to him, to date, the territory of the Azot industrial zone has been completely liberated from Ukrainian troops.

The ambassador explained that residents stay at Azot for several reasons.

“Firstly, a certain number of people simply have nowhere to go, and they do not want to leave the territory of Severodonetsk, there are about 30% of such people,” Miroshnik said.

He added that some people have already been evacuated from the territory of the industrial zone.

Earlier, the People's Militia of the LPR reported the evacuation of more than 500 civilians from the Azot plant in Severodonetsk.
