Norwegian police went out on Monday with the names of the two men who were killed in the attack in Oslo on Saturday night.

The men who died were Kåre Arvid Hesvik, 60, and Jon Erik Isachsen, 54. Norwegian NRK has spoken to the victims' friends who describe them as warm-hearted and inclusive.

Kåre Hesvik, 60

Kåre Hesvik looked forward to Saturday's pride parade and was out with a friend on Friday to mark his pride.

This is what one of Kåre Hesvik's friends, Kristian Dominic Blix, tells Norwegian NRK.

Kristian Dominic Blix himself was not out that Friday, but was quickly reached by the news of the attack, and that his friend Kåre had died.

- It was so painful to hear about and read.

- What I will remember best with him is the joy he spread around the table when we met.

And the big smile.

He laughed so loud.

Jon Isachsen, 54

Jon Isachsen had just turned 54 days before the attack.

He was with his friends at the nightclub "Per på Hjørnet" when the shooting took place.

One of the friends who survived the attack was Bjørn Inge Bergestuen.

- It all started with us hearing some bangs that we first thought were Chinese shots or similar.

But when the glass on the outdoor terrace was broken, we quickly understood that this was serious, Bergestuen tells NRK.

He also describes how he saw several people throw themselves on the ground.

- That was when I saw that my good friend was lying down and that they were trying to revive him, unfortunately without success.

This is so unreal and sad, says Bjørn Inge Bergestuen who also describes his friend as "a man who made people feel included".

Jon Isachsen leaves behind an adult son and a husband.

According to NRK, the families of the victims have expressed a desire to be left alone.
