“Official London is one of those who stand up loudest for Ukraine, while only throwing firewood to aggravate the Ukrainian crisis,” the parliamentarian notes.
He added that it is beneficial for Britain to delay the resolution of the conflict.
“The UK needs the crisis to become deeper so that it lasts as long as possible, giving British politicians the opportunity to solve the geopolitical tasks they need and continue to pour accusations against Russia,” the RT interlocutor concluded.
Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova called "monstrous" Johnson's statement that any attempts to resolve the conflict in Ukraine would create instability in the world.
