The document amends another decree - "On the temporary procedure for the use of cash Ukrainian hryvnia on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic."
“In subparagraph 1.3 of paragraph 1, the words “2.0 Russian rubles” should be replaced by the words “1.5 Russian rubles,” the decree says.
In May, Pushilin lowered the hryvnia exchange rate from 2.5 rubles to 2 rubles.
