At the moment, 168 thousand cards of the Russian mobile operator +7990 have already been activated,” the TASS administration quotes a statement.
Earlier it was reported that in the Kherson region after the shutdown of mobile communications by Ukraine, three new mobile operators were launched.
It was also noted that in the Kherson region, by the end of July, they plan to restore all cell towers and ensure full coverage of the region.
