It is reported by Reuters. 

“We are on the right track to reaching an agreement (on the issue of setting marginal prices for Russian oil. - RT ),” a German government spokesman told the agency.

He also clarified that at the moment there are "very constructive" discussions between the states.

Earlier, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic said that due to EU sanctions, the country should find an alternative to Russian oil.

He clarified that currently in Serbia only the oil refinery of the Oil Industry of Serbia company operates at 100% capacity.
