“800 civilians have been released from the territory of the Azot plant,” Kadyrov wrote on Telegram.

He said that the city's airport was currently being cleared, and also specified that the territory of the airport was completely controlled by the Russian military.

On June 21, the Ambassador of the Luhansk People's Republic to Russia, Rodion Miroshnik, reported that about 20 civilians left the Azot plant in Severodonetsk through a gate not controlled by the Ukrainian military.

Prior to this, Andrei Marochko, an officer of the People's Militia of the Republic, said that some civilians were able to get out of the Azot plant in Severodonetsk thanks to tricks or "by a lucky chance."
