Colonel-General Mikhail Mizintsev, head of the National Defense Control Center of the Russian Federation, noted that in the event of an attack by Russian troops, Kyiv would declare the destruction of burials and the emergence of biological danger.

“To do this, on the territory of the cemetery of those who died from the plague in the 19th century (Privoz area, Chumka hill, Vodoprovodnaya street), the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are concentrating large-caliber artillery and foreign-made MLRS,” the statement says.

The Russian Defense Ministry stressed that these facts are yet another evidence of the indifference of the Ukrainian authorities to the fate of civilians.

Earlier it was reported about the arrival in Odessa of two CNN reporters, accompanied by ten servicemen of the Azov national battalion.

It is assumed that there they plan to film staged terrorist attacks on civilian targets in order to then accuse the Russian army of using prohibited methods of warfare.
