RUDN University Post professor condemned Burbock's statement about Russia's "use" of hunger as a weapon

“The fact that Burbock resorts to such a technique indicates that she cannot offer something positive, constructive, diplomatic, but actually uses the language of hatred towards Russia,” the political scientist said.
