Five companies indicted for the death of a child in an elevator

Five companies have been indicted for "manslaughter" by an investigating judge at the Pontoise court.

Bagneux Hydrauliques, TK Elevator France, Otis, Schindler and Bureau Veritas Exploitation are implicated in the death of a 4-year-old boy on June 8, 2018 in a shopping center in Argenteuil (Val-d'Oise), reports
