“There are already three mobile operators operating in the Kherson region,” he told RIA Novosti.

According to Stremousov, most of the 470 communication towers have already been restored, work continues.

Earlier, the head of the Crimea on information policy, Oleg Kryuchkov, said that the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions had made the transition to Russian mobile communications and the Internet. 

By the end of July, it is planned to restore all cell towers and provide full coverage of the region.
