This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the official representative of the Secretary General Stefan Dujarric.

“The secretary general has always talked about a package deal for exports from Ukraine and from Russia at the same time,” Dujarric told the agency.

Earlier, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Russia was ready to facilitate the export of grain from Ukraine on foreign ships with security guarantees.

Zakharova added that at the moment, the ports of Mariupol and Berdyansk can be used to export agricultural products.

On June 21, Russian Permanent Representative to the UN Vasily Nebenzya said that Russia had given guarantees for the safe passage of ships for the export of Ukrainian grain, but Kyiv must clear its coastal waters from mines.
