Ras Al Khaimah Municipality begins installing 66,000 number plates within the addressing project

 The Ras Al Khaimah Municipality Department has announced the start of installation work for 66,000 number plates within the Addressing and Spatial Guidance Project, in partnership with the Public Resources Authority, which, through the Numbers Factory, is responsible for printing and producing the plates.

The Director-General of Ras Al Khaimah Municipality, Munther Al Zaabi, said that the municipality will start installing building numbering plates this June, starting from sector number four, which includes Khalifa bin Zayed City, Saqr bin Mohammed City, Al Dhait, Al Kran, Al Arqoub, Al Faliah, Awafi, Al Qurm, Khuzam, Al Qasidat, and Al Nadia. Installing plates for the rest of the emirate's areas according to the planned schedule.

For her part, the Director of the GIS Center, Engineer Aisha Saif Al Shehhi, stated that the outputs of the project will be visible, by installing and installing 66,000 panels according to the designs and standards of the new system for all regions of the emirate.
