Cairo -

The controversy did not stop in Egypt after the murder of a Mansoura University student (north) by her colleague in front of the university's door, and the controversy took several paths between political, social and even religious.

The latest tracks of this controversy were religious, following the statements of the professor of Islamic law at Al-Azhar University and the preacher Mabrouk Attia, which provoked wide reactions and accusations of him justifying the killing, until the matter came to calling for announcing the retirement of communication sites, as it called for responses from Al-Azhar.

The pioneers of the communication sites circulated part of the Egyptian preacher's comment on the incident, in which he said that every girl should leave her home with a full body covering, so that she does not end up slaughtered.

The clip, which was widely spread, angered many, and the hashtag “Prosecut Mabrouk Attia” was issued on the list of the highest circulation on Twitter, and human rights lawyer Nihad Abu al-Qumsan and the National Council for Women announced submitting a report to the Attorney General against Attia, while some saw the validity of the position of the Egyptian preacher and denounced cutting off part Speaking and focusing on it.

A number of Egyptian Islamic bodies, including Dar Al Iftaa and Al-Azhar University, also denounced the linking of the talk about incidents against women to the veil despite the legitimacy of the veil, and said that it is a "discord of sedition" and does not express the correct approach.

justification for slaughter

What escalated into the controversy surrounding the video clip of the Egyptian preacher, in which he said that girls go out wearing adornments in a way that stirs the instincts of young people, which may eventually lead to crimes of slaughter in the streets.

Some saw that the preacher’s hadith is a justification for the slaughter of the Mansoura student, and an incitement against the non-veiled women, and some saw that Attia, even if he was right in his call, was wrong in its timing, and coincided with the horrific incident.

On the other hand, some saw that Attia's hadith is true, and that the circulating clip fragmented the preacher's words and took it out of context, calling to watch the full video in which he denounced the incident and offered condolences to the student's family.

Why is Sheikh Mabrouk Attia telling girls to cover themselves so that they don't wear clothes and don't go out, for example, warning young people about drugs??

Or is he talking about raising children who are like asphalt??

Why is religious discourse directed at the six?

I mean, you sleep on one news that slaughtered one because you rejected it, and wake up to a sheikh who analyzes your blood and slaughters you in the street because I am not committed to his religion. I am required to remain coherent and do my job completely and laugh about people and keep my peace of mind and soul in order to raise my children and serve them???

He is Mabrouk Attia. He said what is wrong because the world is doing it like this. I heard the video saying something wrong, and I have mercy on its yoke. He said that her right must be respected. He speaks in general. I mean, that our Lord said that and did not say that she was slaughtered because she did not have to or because she wore it. He advises girls after that. Do not explain. Speak according to your mood, understand the first words

"Don't leave your money on the street, because it will be stolen."

Is there a sane person who would consider my words as an endorsement of the thief???

If the offer is more expensive than money,

and the souls are attached to it more

How can he be considered a criminal who commands to preserve it and put up barriers to prevent temptation to it!!

Reports to the Attorney General

“Calling for the suspension of the constitution, contempt for the Islamic religion, and the commission of a crime on the Internet.” With these three charges, the head of the Egyptian Center for Women’s Rights, Nohad Abu al-Qumsan, filed a complaint with the Public Prosecutor against Mabrouk Attia.

Through a video clip on her Facebook page, Nihad explained that Attia portrayed the youth of Egypt as if they were hyenas who would kill and eat anyone who did not wear the hijab, and that the Egyptian state was a state of institutions and law, and no one accepted such statements, which may harm tourism and the economy in death.

In a statement, the National Council for Women announced that a complaint had been submitted to the Public Prosecutor against Attia, and the Speaker of the Council, Maya Morsi, expressed her strong condemnation and shock, stressing that such words do not come from a religious scholar, and that what was said is contempt for women and incitement to violence and murder against her, which is a crime. Punishable by law.

I am sad about the retirement of congratulations Attieh for a reason like this, God!

Regardless of the fact that they did not agree with

them, there are many things that they do not want but someone like Islam al-Buhairi, telling them the hijab is not an obligation, and wear your comfort.

Oh God, destroy the unjust with the unjust.

I am against the disappearance or retirement of Mabrouk Attia. He throws the word, runs, and one comes after him, and he throws a word, and the sixes who will pay the price, because those who call themselves clergymen insist on being mere men of religion, the need to control the sex that you consider less is not the establishment of good, justice and truth.

The objection of Islamic bodies

A number of Islamic bodies and personalities announced their rejection of Mabrouk Attia's statements, and the Egyptian Dar Al Iftaa issued a statement stressing the need for scholars to choose the appropriate method in the appropriate event, stressing that linking leaving the veil to harassment and killing girls is "a hadith of sedition."

The pioneers of social networking sites also shared previous statements by the Sheikh of Al-Azhar, Ahmed Al-Tayeb, in which he said that portraying a woman who does not wear the hijab as being outside Islam is not permissible, but her ruling is that she is disobedient, as it is like the rest of the sins, and this disobedience is not a major sin, so leaving the veil, for example. Less lying.

Retirement Announcement

In turn, Mabrouk Attia appeared in a video clip, on his official Facebook page, saying that it was the "last meeting", in reference to his retirement after the controversy it sparked.

The Egyptian preacher said, during the live broadcast, “This is the last meeting and I named it for this. The leave is required, and I may or may not return, and Sibouni remains (let me) speak with my comfort. This is (this) the last meeting, because we learned and the students learned that there are errors in scientific research, which is the transfer from an intermediary source. When copying from a primary source is permissible, but it is transferred from a source to a bad source, due to the availability of the original reference.

And he added, "The video clip is clear in the incident of Naira, may God have mercy on her. I prayed for her 9 times and in my secret 90, and God knows the number, and I asked God to prepare for us a judge who takes revenge on the killer and the matter is over."

And he continued, "Then I directed what I see towards the veil, and I did not say that the girl was not veiled, I did not say that she was wearing her hair, I did not justify the killing because of the lack of veil, and one looked at what (what) I said and understood a mistake, so don't go back (OK.. Go back)." To the doctor's words.
