The court finally decided on it, after each of them insisted on his position.

According to the details of the case, a report was received to the Operations Room of Dubai Police about a verbal quarrel that took place at the headquarters of a business services company. Dubai, and paid the fees required to clear the transaction.

She added that while she was there, a dispute arose between her and the manager of that company, after which he insulted her with the phrase, “You are rude and get out of the company.” Then one of the employees came in the place and asked her to speak quietly and asked the manager to leave the office, and during their conversation he became angry with her and spoke to her in a high manner .

In the presence of the accused company director and questioned by the patrol members, he denied insulting the woman, and decided that she and her son had insulted him with the phrase “You are rude and not respectful,” and one of his colleagues supported his testimony, indicating that she was the one who verbally assaulted the manager.

During the consideration of the case, the woman and her son submitted a memorandum through their lawyer, in which they denied insulting the director of the company, and demanded to hear the testimony of the police patrol official, and to unload the surveillance cameras.

The other accused also submitted a memorandum requesting a verdict of acquittal due to the absence of the accusation against him, as well as the vexatious accusation and its fabrication.

After examining the case by the Criminal Court, it became clear to it that the charges against the three defendants were proven against them, and decided to punish them by paying a fine of 2,000 dirhams each.
