The Roads and Transport Authority in Dubai has received male and female students participating in the "Ajyal" program for summer training, for the category of secondary and university students from the children and relatives of the Authority's employees, and the program will continue until August 22.

Sultan Al Akraf, Director of Human Resources and Development Department in the Institutional Administrative Support Services Sector at the authority, said that the authority is keen, through Ajyal, to qualify students affiliated with the program with skills and general professional trends represented in the ability to manage individuals, planning, self-initiatives, evaluation and work development, and that all skills If the affiliated student is able to understand and apply them, he can benefit from them in managing his personal project and improving his life skills.

He added that the program is an opportunity for high school and university students to be in a realistic field training in which they learn about the work environment, do the work needed by the profession and benefit from the skill, as training before graduation is one of the main reasons that lead graduates to obtain a job opportunity and develop the graduate from a professional point of view.
