“As part of the counter-battery fight, 13 Ukrainian platoons of multiple launch rocket systems were hit,” the ministry said.
Ten platoons of cannon artillery in firing positions were also hit.
“An AN-TPQ artillery reconnaissance station manufactured by the United States was destroyed near the settlement of Nikolskoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic,” the statement said.
According to the defense department, on June 21, the Russian Aerospace Forces launched an airstrike on the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as on the shops of the Nikolaev shipbuilding plant.
Up to 500 soldiers from the 59th mechanized brigade were destroyed, they said.
