The city of Puteaux (Hauts-de-Seine) has decided to part with a rather special property.

She sells a ruined castle located in the village of Falaise (Yvelines), which belongs to her.

The impressive 19th century building measures 1,140 m2 and has many outbuildings.

It is displayed at the price of two million euros.

A vast project in perspective

Brothers have already positioned themselves because they are very interested in the estate.

They would like to live in the castle and carry out work in the outbuildings to install medical practices there.

The sale is expected to officially close in September,

But before putting down their suitcases, potential buyers will have to renovate the château.

The structure has been weakened since the construction of a roof terrace.

The windows are broken and the floor is no longer stable.

The brothers would not plan to construct any new buildings on the estate.
