“The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation opened a criminal case on the fact of explosions and fires at production facilities on the territory of Novoshakhtinsk Oil Products Plant JSC in the Rostov Region, which occurred on the morning of June 22,” the Investigative Committee said in a statement.
