The fire at the Novoshakhtinsk plant in the Rostov region of oil products was eliminated. This was reported in the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.

Earlier it was reported that the fire occurred in the heat exchanger of the plant.
At 10:12 the fire was localized on an area of 50 square meters.
