The newspaper added that research and discussion on related issues was led by the People's Army General Staff, which is the equivalent of our Joint Chiefs of Staff, and an 'important document' was prepared by combining the results.



Kim Jong-un, the party's general secretary, emphasized that "important military measures are being taken to enhance the operational capabilities of front-line units" and issued plans to implement related projects, the newspaper reported.
