“On June 22, 2022, Roskomnadzor drew up an administrative protocol against Google LLC under Part 5 of Art.
13.41 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia for repeated violation of the procedure for restricting access to materials containing prohibited information, ”the department’s release says.
The protocol will be submitted to the court for consideration and determination of the amount of the fine.
Earlier, a world court in Moscow fined Google 15 million rubles for repeatedly refusing to localize users' personal data in Russia.
