As a result of the transaction, the management of Sokos Hotels in St. Petersburg will be transferred to the buyer on June 30, ”Interfax quoted the company as saying.

It is noted that there are three Sokos hotels in St. Petersburg.

They were acquired by Russian investors and IT entrepreneurs Alexander Ermakov and Yuri Shumakov, however, the deal does not provide for the rights to use the trademarks of the Finnish holding.

The amount of the purchase is not reported.
