SVT Nyheter Blekinge has previously in a series of reports reported on the group housing on Bastasjövägen in Karlskrona, where for several years there has been dissatisfaction among the staff for the major work environment problems that prevail.

In the spring, the trade union Kommunal chose to make a so-called 6: 6a report - to force the administrative management to take measures.

The Swedish Work Environment Authority emphasized that it is the employer's responsibility to investigate and deal with the occupational injuries that have resulted from Bastasjövägen - and this should be done as soon as possible.

- But since then, not a single work injury has been handled, and we take it very seriously.

Especially when it comes to psychosocial mood among the staff, says Jennie Larsson, safety representative.

34 hours of overtime - in one week

Instead of seeing improvements, the situation has escalated, according to the union.

Kommunal has now made a new 6: 6a report to pressure Karlskrona municipality to change.

The report describes how one of the union members was forced to work up to 35 hours of overtime - in just one week.

It is a crime, says Oskar Engström, section representative, who is very upset by the situation.

- That member is now on sick leave because of this.

You get both sad and angry.

We have been in a process with the municipality for so long around this, so it just continues to lack leadership, he says.

He is now appalled that the situation will be handled worse, and perhaps worsened further, during the summer holidays.

- The gut feeling is not very good, when you see that it has already broken in the planning.

If sick leave continues to increase, I do not know what will happen.
