The annual report of the performance indicators of Dubai Courts in their primary, appeal and cassation levels, during the past year, revealed that an average of 69.4 days of judgment was recorded from the first session, which represents a remarkable development in the rate of adjudication of cases and the achievement of prompt justice.

He added that change in business management may face obstacles, including resistance to change and concern about the incompatibility of workers and society with it, and Dubai Courts believed that change towards digital transformation is inevitable;

Therefore, the numbers were promising by 100%, through strategies and programs that were implemented and became a tangible reality from the reality of the outcome, the most prominent of which was Dubai Courts obtaining the happiest working environment within the Dubai Government Excellence Award.

He pointed out that the results of happiness indicators in Dubai Courts for employees amounted to 98%, in addition to receiving a certificate of appreciation for the effective use of the Dubai Government e-supply portal during 2021, and a bronze award at the International Business Awards, for its commitment to implementing the highest standards of excellence in the implementation of projects and development initiatives under the initiative. “My Job” of the Human Resources Department, and Dubai Courts won the “Globe Business” award, which is the award for excellence in communication.
