The project is called Disposable Almedalen and is carried out together with four partners - Light My Fire, Tint, Samhall and Solserv - who each have key roles in the system.
Light My Fire delivers specially adapted lunch boxes.
Tint stands for a digital solution that registers and follows the lunch boxes.
Logistics and dish handling are handled by Samhall and Solserv arranges a quick composting on site for the leftovers.
