A municipal agent was attacked Friday in Amiens (Somme) while cleaning a street with an electric vacuum cleaner.

, he tried to reason with a passerby who attacked a public bench with a knife.
The man, drunk, attacked the agent, threatening him with his weapon.
He would have typed in the City employee's machine before leaving.
A complaint lodged
The municipal police and the victim's superior were alerted.
The agent filed a complaint the day after the incident and the municipality could bring a civil action if the attacker is identified and arrested.
Investigators should use CCTV footage from the street.
In the meantime, the employee was offered psychological support and was directed to another sector for the cleaning of the city.
