When Rep. Jae-myung Lee of the Democratic Party was the mayor of Seongnam, Seongnam FC, a soccer team, received about 16 billion won in donations from six companies, including Doosan E&C and Naver.

Doosan E&C and Seongnam FC were recently seized and searched by the police as the prosecution demanded a supplementary investigation.

Where this large amount of donations went is the key content to be revealed in the investigation, and SBS has obtained specific details of some of this money being paid to people who are considered to be close to Rep. Lee Jae-myung.

is the performance payout details of Seongnam FC obtained by SBS.



In 2015, about 172 million won before tax was paid to Mo then Seongnam FC's marketing manager for the two rounds of raising 1.9 billion won from Hope Salim.



The bonus given to Mr. Lee is part of the KRW 3.9 billion that Naver agreed to give to Seongnam FC after going through the civic group Hope Livelihood.



Mr. Lee is counted as a close aide, as he served as the CEO of Seongnam FC and then as Gyeonggi Province Governor Lee Jae-myung, who runs a public delivery app.



Seongnam FC employees Mo Lee and Mo Mo also received about 50 million won each for attracting advertisements from Doosan E&C and NHN Entertainment.



They also ran a public relations company with aides of Rep. Jae-myung Lee or moved to Gyeonggi-do.



About 90% of the advertising orders paid by Seongnam FC over the past three years are from these three people.



Seongnam FC said that there was no such bonus payment before 2015.



In particular, it is known that former CEO Lee played a leading role in detour support through civic groups and in attracting donations to major companies such as Doosan E&C.
